Sometimes we feel fatigued from daily routines, physical fatigue because we are constantly on the go without resting. We must be aware that we should not always take a few minutes of rest to breathe and stretch our body, drink water and eat something that is nutritious like a fruit or a protein bar and then continue. Don't force your body. You have to love your body and take care of it even if you are in a work routine. It is just advice! :)
