Sometimes we feel fatigued from daily routines, physical fatigue because we are constantly on the go without resting. We must be aware that we should not always take a few minutes of rest to breathe and stretch our body, drink water, and eat something nutritious, like a fruit or a nice protein bar, and of course some coffee or tea, and then continue. Don't force your body. You have to love your body and take care of it, even if you are in a work routine. It is just advice! :)
