The meaning of the swan

The meaning of the swan is universal, although especially Celtic. The swan has been considered from the most remote antiquity as a symbol of spiritual royalty, relating it to the Sacred Mysteries of different countries and religions.

Since ancient times and for many cultures, the white swan represents spirituality, light, purity, elegance, divine wisdom and purification. It serves as a mount for initiates and gods such as Aphrodite, Apollo or Sarasvati - Hindu goddess of knowledge.
